Delivery Assurance Specialist, New Product Introduction

Responsibilities Align internal delivery needs and program objectives through clear, concise, and data‑driven communication. In partnership with Industrial and NPI Buyers, lead delivery assurance of next‑generation military programs, ultimately resulting in the delivery of procured hardware on time in support of the customer’s need. Develop and refine replenishment strategies for critical parts across assigned part families, ensuring we minimize supply‑chain risk and align with Material Planning in supporting broader P&W inventory strategies. Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including on‑site visits, regular status calls and communication to reduce process time. Interpret and interrogate line of balances to reduce schedule slack and align manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements. Present to senior leadership on the status of critical hardware. Ability to travel as needed 30‑40%. Requirements A university degree or equivalent experience and minimum five years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum three years of experience. U.S. Citizen. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance is required. Advanced user in Microsoft Excel or other data analytics software.
