Who YouAre You’re a licensed NursePractitioner with a passionfor serving older adults and those with complex mental healthneeds. Your Role As a NursePractitioner at PGS, you will deliver compassionatepsychiatric care to residents in skilled nursing andlong-term care settings. You will work autonomously whilestaying connected to a robust clinical and administrativesupport team. KeyResponsibilities: Conduct on-sitepsychiatric assessments and medication management Coordinatecare and consult with facility teams (Administrator,Director of Nursing, Social Services) Adhere tostate and federal clinical guidelines and PGSprotocols Educate staff and support holistic, patient-centeredcare Maintain clear, timely documentation Our Guarantee Working with uswill nourish your development—clinically, professionally, andpersonally.
