The firm is looking for a skilled attorney with expertise in international M&A and tax planning. The ideal candidate will be adept in cross-border tax structuring, multi-jurisdictional transactions, and intragroup restructurings. The firm is focused on providing top-tier legal counsel to both domestic and international clients, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for career growth. Duties Provide strategic advice on international tax matters related to M&A, including tax-efficient structuring and cross-border transactions Lead multi-jurisdictional tax planning initiatives for complex deals, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations Assist in intragroup restructuring and related tax considerations for multinational corporations Draft and negotiate tax-related provisions in corporate agreements and transaction documents Collaborate with internal teams and clients to devise tax strategies aligned with business goals Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and guidance on complex tax issues Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulatory trends, proactively advising clients on potential impacts Supervise and mentor junior associates and support staff as needed Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax law, specifically in international M&A and tax planning Proven experience in cross-border tax structuring, multi-jurisdictional transactions, and intragroup restructurings Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex legal concepts for clients Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines Must be admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction and in good standing Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Certifications Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction Skills Expertise in international tax law, including tax implications of cross-border transactions Familiarity with U.S. federal tax law and international tax treaties Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
