Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment services
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Support students in achieving educational and functional goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Supervise and coordinate services alongside the assigned COTA

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Arizona OT License (or eligibility)
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential
