Family Nurse Practitioner

Bilingual (Spanish) Nurse Practitioner - Dallas or San Antonio, TX Part-time Catapult Health’s core service is to provide preventive checkups for companies through clinic events offered at their worksite. Every day we empower people to improve their health. Most of our clinic events run early morning to early afternoon Monday through Friday, allowing team members to have the rest of their day free for all the other important factors in life. The typical Nurse Practitioner shift is 7-8 hours. Responsibilities: Perform focused preventive health assessments of patients Utilize our exclusive Electronic Medical Record to document all consultations Educate patients on health risks associated with poor biometric measurements Motivate patients to make lifestyle changes to improve their health Meet Catapult Health’s dress code requirements Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Experience: Current state license as APRN Interest and ability to become licensed in ~10 additional states Current national certification as FNP or ANP Master’s Degree Must successfully complete Catapult Health training program Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Positive and professional attitude Core Competencies: Teamwork – develops strong partnerships and supports team members Communication – expresses ideas clearly and persuasively and understands the viewpoints of others Customer focus – strives to exceed patient expectations Leading others – directs and motivates others (internal and external contacts) to perform at their highest level Core Values: Do What’s Right Work Hard – Work Smart Always Empower Be Professional Care and Serve Catapult Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
