The Niemann Harvest Market Maintenance Clerk duties include providing excellent customer service, cleaning, and performing light day-to-day repair of general maintenance items while working in a safe manner and fostering a Niemann Harvest Market culture.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Learns and uses the three E's: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
• General cleaning: empty wastebaskets, clean restrooms in detail and replenish supplies
• Vacuum hallways/offices, sweep and mop all hard surfaces, dust furniture, blinds, etc.
• Light maintenance work
• Shovel snow, mow grass, trim grass, trim trees, power wash outside areas of building replace light bulbs
• Upkeep and organization of the back of the building
• Dish washing as needed
• Minor repair work, painting, building shelves
• Operates pallet jack and forklift once trained
• Call for outside assistance with a repair problem, if needed
• During peak hours, stock groceries, help customers, push carts
• Promotes and supports established programs
• Works within company programs, policies and procedures
• Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range

$16 up to $18/hour (IL Locations Only)

Starting pay will be based on experience, internal equity, and scope of responsibility.
