About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Strategy & Product to take on a pivotal role in owning and defining the clinical and non-clinical product portfolio. This leadership position is responsible for integrating clinical evidence, formulary strategy, and client-facing clinical engagement into a cohesive and sellable offering. The successful candidate will be tasked with setting the clinical and product strategy, monitoring market and client insights, and ensuring that clinical value is a key differentiator in the sales process. The role also involves leading a multi-disciplinary team, including product management, clinical account management, and formulary strategy, and requires a strong background in PBM operations, clinical programs, and the regulatory environment. Applicants for the Vice President, Clinical Strategy & Product role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a related healthcare services environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. A Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD is required, with a preference for candidates with active or prior pharmacist licensure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product and clinical program strategy, as well as experience in supporting sales and client strategy as a senior subject matter expert. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills are essential. The role demands a strategic thinker who can lead a team to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions that align with the company's mission to transform the PBM industry and put patients first.
