Senior Technical Business Analyst

Job PositionMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).Five (5) or more years of progressive business or technical analysis experience.Demonstrated enterprise systems experience.Strong understanding of EMS and/or healthcare industry, including operational, financial, and clinical functions preferred.Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen to the satisfaction of the organization.Essential Functions of the PositionDrive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, ensuring maximum usability.Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: operations, finance, clinical, support, billing, etc.) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.Analyze data from multiple systems (Computer Aided Dispatch, Electronic Health Records, Billing, Logistics, etc.), identifying trends and correlations that can be used to increase organizational efficiency.Work with relational and non-relational data sources (SQL, Snowflake, SharePoint, etc.).Visualize data utilizing available platforms (Crystal Reports, Tableau, Power Bi).Present data and work with shareholders to test process changes and drive performance in their areas of responsibility.Punctuality and regular, predictable, reliable, consistent attendance is essential.
