Mental Health/Psychiatric Technician

Community Support Specialist13 week contract, full time days M-F, $26/hrProvide Individualized Resiliency and Recovery Oriented Services (IROS) to clients in both office and community-based settings.Deliver Enhanced Illness Management and Recovery (EIMR) services to support client wellness and recovery goals.Provide case management services, including care coordination and resource linkage.Assist clients in managing mental health symptoms through the development, reinforcement, and application of coping strategies and recovery skills.Conduct risk assessments to evaluate client safety and identify appropriate interventions.Provide crisis intervention services during psychiatric or behavioral health emergencies.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client treatment and recovery plans.Build supportive relationships with clients to promote resiliency, independence, and community integration.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and service plans.Support clients in accessing community resources and services to enhance overall well-being.The Mental / Psychiatric Health Technician cares for individuals with psychiatric conditions as well as a variety of substance use disorders, following the instructions of physicians, nurses or other health practitioners.
