Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Sr Human Resources Business Partner to support multiple business units within a manufacturing organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to operations leadership, providing guidance on talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands‑on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building strong partnerships across the business. Key Responsibilitie Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational and business objectives Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and leadership development Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and talent acquisition initiatives Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture‑building efforts across supported business units Lead performance management and talent development processes, including annual reviews, goal setting, and development planning Collaborate with leaders to identify training and development needs and support leadership development initiatives Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard key positions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations Support organizational changes, business transformations, and continuous improvement initiatives Foster a positive employee experience while balancing employee advocacy with business objectives Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations. Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employment law, and talent management. Experience partnering directly with plant leadership and business unit leaders. Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Preferred Master's degree and/or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or change management methodologies. Experience utilizing HRIS systems and workforce analytics to support business decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
