Trinity Total Home is hiring Direct Sales Associates. Whether you have years of sales experience or you're looking for a change, you'll be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process.

What We Offer

• Commission structure with annual earnings between $100,000 and $250,000, based on performance
• Hands-on training from the top producing reps and managers in your office
• $4,000 in paid training over your first 8 weeks, while you learn our products and process

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales experience, especially in-home or direct sales
• A background in teaching, small business owners, construction, and construction consulting
• Accountable, coachable, and reliable, with the resilience to hear "no" and keep going

Backgrounds That Do Well Here

• Teachers & educators you already know how to explain something until it clicks
• Roofers, contractors, and home improvement professionals same customers, same products, now from inside the home instead of on a ladder
• In-home and direct sales you know how to work at the kitchen table
• Service and hospitality you read people and you're used to earning trust fast

What You'll Do

• Identify homeowners who are a fit for Trinity's product suite and take them from first conversation to signed agreement
• Build trust with clients through clear communication and problem solving
• Attend weekly sales training and attend one on one trainings from our top producers
• Close deals, hit your goals, and grow your prospect database
• Work your growing pipeline to obtain referrals

Required:

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A smart device with data capabilities

• Pursue new sales opportunities by identifying and assisting homeowners in qualifying and transitioning to clean energy
• Generate business through various techniques such as running leads, social media networking, referrals, neighborhood canvassing
• Attend in-home sales appointments from company provided leads
• Attend weekly sales training
• Understand customer needs and requirements by asking questions and learning homeowner pain points and requirements
• Close sales to achieve, or exceed, sales goals
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Leverage partnerships to broaden reach and facilitate deal closures
• Perform effective demos to help prospects visualize how Solar can address their pain points
• Must be coachable with a strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
• Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must possess a smart device with data capabilities
