Company Description The WISH Clinic is a specialized wound and skin health practice focused on infection control, pain management, and creating optimal conditions for tissue regeneration and minimal scarring. The clinic offers advanced therapeutic modalities, including AR/VR-enabled omnidirectional treadmill therapy, medical-grade foot care, lymphedema occupational therapy, clinical exercise, metabolic functional medicine, and vaporous hyperoxic therapy. Services also include cognitive behavioral and lifestyle coaching and palliative terminal skin care to support holistic healing and quality of life. The WISH Clinic collaborates closely with primary care professionals and vascular specialists to manage complex conditions such as diabetes, lymphedema, and peripheral vascular disease. The team is dedicated to helping each patient achieve expedient wound healing, reduced infection risk, and an improved sense of wholeness and well-being. Role Description The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) at The WISH Clinic will deliver comprehensive wound and skin care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of patients with complex conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed clinical evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing therapies, and coordinating advanced modalities such as clinical exercise, metabolic functional medicine, and specialized foot and lymphedema care. The APP will collaborate with primary care clinicians, vascular specialists, and other members of the care team to optimize skin perfusion, manage comorbidities, and support holistic recovery. The role also involves patient education, lifestyle and behavioral coaching, documentation, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Englewood, CO. Qualifications Clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, with experience managing chronic conditions and complex wound or skin disorders. Background or training in Critical Care Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine to address high-acuity presentations and complex comorbidities. Licensure and certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (e.g., Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in the state of Colorado, with prescriptive authority. Experience or strong interest in wound care, vascular disease, diabetes management, lymphedema therapy, or dermatologic conditions. Proficiency in interprofessional collaboration, patient education, and clear clinical documentation within an electronic health record. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a patient-centered and trauma-informed approach to care. Master's degree in Nursing (for Nurse Practitioners) or in Physician Assistant Studies, or equivalent advanced clinical degree. Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
