Are you a proven furniture sales leader who knows how to motivate a team drive results and create an outstanding customer experience Were seeking an experienced Furniture Sales Manager to lead a team of 5 sales professionals and help grow our business.

What Youll Do

Lead coach and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive sales performance and achieve store goals
Recruit train and mentor sales associates
Ensure an exceptional customer experience
Monitor KPIs and hold team members accountable

What Were Looking For

3 years of furniture sales management experience
Experience leading teams of 5 or more associates
Strong coaching leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
