Role Overview

• Perform in-depth patient assessments which include thorough physical exams and comprehensive medical history evaluations.
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions through the interpretation of imaging studies and laboratory results.

• Provide intraoperative assistance by preparing surgical environments, ensuring patient comfort, and delivering instruments during surgical interventions.
• Ensure exceptional pre-and post-operative care through medication management, wound care, discharge planning, and educational support for patients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program.
• Completion of surgical-focused clinical rotations is highly preferred.

Necessary Certifications

• Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS is mandatory.
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant.
