Position Details Title: Southern Facilities Contract Analyst Classification: ANALYST II Salary: $6,031.00 – $7,547.00 A Job Code: JC-518797 Number of Positions: Multiple Location: Riverside County Telework: Hybrid Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Job Description And Duties As a member of the Southern Facilities Unit (SFU), under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II is responsible for, but not limited to: Providing analytical, technical support, development, and management of the Southern California Headquarters’ (SCHQ) Building Management contract, other related SCHQ CARB operations and facility contracts, and facility-related projects (e.g., tenant improvements, preventative maintenance, etc.). Developing sustainability, infrastructure plans, and budget change proposals in collaboration with the Accounting and Budget Offices. Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to high-quality, timely service that exceeds customer expectations. Supporting a positive work environment and productive relationships with all staff and the public in an ethical and professional manner.
