Lead HVAC Technician Full-Time

Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to step into a leadership role? We're looking for a Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to be part of a company that's building something strong for the long term. You'll primarily focus on service calls, while also supporting installs and maintenance as needed. There is no on-call requirement currently, though we anticipate introducing a light rotation in the future as we continue to grow.

What You'll Do

• Lead and perform service, troubleshooting, and repair of residential HVAC systems
• Support installations and routine maintenance as needed
• Diagnose issues and provide honest, effective solutionsno high-pressure sales
• Mentor and support junior technicians in the field
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety protocols, and local codes
• Deliver top-tier customer service and represent the company with professionalism

What You Bring

• Experience: 4+ years of residential HVAC experience (service-focused preferred)
• Leadership Ability: Experience leading jobs or mentoring other techs is a strong plus
• Certifications: EPA Certification required
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Mindset: Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow with the company
