Job Description: Senior IT Security Analyst responsible for guiding compliance and security governance across multiple state applications. Leads System Security Plans (SSPs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and Authority to Operate (ATO) renewals; provides senior-level liaison among business, IT, security, vendors, and auditors; ensures alignment with NIST and SOM standards; supports incident response and continuous improvement of security controls.
5 Key Technical Skills:
- NIST-based security controls and compliance experience (audit evidence, governance)
- ATO renewal lifecycle management, SSP/DRP development and maintenance
- Risk assessment, remediation planning, and POA&M tracking
- Incident response leadership and cyber event handling
- Cross-functional collaboration with business, IT, security teams, and external auditors
