Resident Services Coordinator Company: Lifestyle Communities (LC) – Lifestyle Property Management Overview The Property Management team at LC seeks a resident services coordinator who will support leasing teams and enhance the resident and community experience. The role involves guiding prospective residents through the apartment application and lease process, managing move‑in and resident services, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. Responsibilities Provide potential residents with information about community and model homes and assist leasing associates after closing of the sale. Manage the prospect journey: application generation, payments, lease creation, scheduling move‑in orientations, and positively impact the move‑in experience. Assist with new lease applications, renewals, and related processes; coordinate lease renewal for current residents. Follow up on resident questions and concerns, supporting all customer‑service efforts in the community. Maintain the aesthetics of the community: tour path, pre‑walk of move‑in ready homes, upkeep of grounds and site cleanliness. Greet residents and guests professionally and courteously; expedite all requests as required. Establish rapport with residents, answer and direct all incoming calls. Conduct regular patrols of grounds, halls, vacant units, and parking; daily inspections of amenity common areas; verify service work orders. Assist in execution of all new move‑ins, resident/tenant services, and act as central point of contact. Perform resident assistance tasks: key assist, package scanning and delivery on request. Coordinate potential resident events and assist with coworker training when needed. Submit service requests to the property management system for building damages or deficiencies. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Previous experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing operations preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge of applicable software programs and backend administrative management. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proven excellent customer service, teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to learn fair housing regulations. Valid driver license. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Physical Demands and Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to primarily sit, stand, walk, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling are required. Close vision, distance vision, and the ability to focus are necessary. The employee will be exposed to an office environment with regular exposure to project sites.
