In this role, you’ll work closely with patients and families, select appropriate imaging techniques, and help deliver safe, high-quality care.Responsibilities\n \n Perform CT examinations and basic image analysis, including 3D imaging.\n Review imaging orders and relevant patient information before each exam.\n Verify patient identity using two identifiers and follow radiation safety practices, including ALARA.\n Explain procedures and radiation exposure to patients and families, answering their questions and adapting care to individual needs.\n Select appropriate equipment and technical factors to produce diagnostic images.\n Complete documentation accurately, follow quality control procedures, and report equipment issues.\n Support daily department operations and maintain current knowledge of imaging standards and regulations.\n Qualifications\n \n Associate degree in Allied Health required; bachelor’s degree preferred.\n At least one year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.\n ARRT registration in radiography and CT, with certification maintained throughout employment.\n Current BLS certification.\n Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.\n \n About Medasource\n \n \n Here at Medasource, the heartbeat of healthcare meets boundless opportunities!
