Job Description
Quality Assurance- FNA
Join our team as a Quality Assurance professional and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional product quality! Perform detailed visual and mechanical inspections of manufactured goods and conduct comprehensive out-of-box evaluations of finished products straight from the production floor. When challenges arise, take charge by retraining staff to maintain excellence and drive continuous improvement.
Location: Mesquite, TX
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM- 3 AM (Overtime as needed on Fridays)
Pay rate: $15
Duties:
- Perform in-process and first-piece inspections.
- Conduct operational testing and visual inspections on parts/assemblies.
- Record inspection data on reporting documents.
- Train production staff when quality issues arise.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Support other departments during staff shortages or absences as needed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish) required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of hand tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures, thickness gauges).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Resume and open to interviewing.
