Automotive Finance Manager At Horne Nissan Yuma, we believe the finance process should be transparent, efficient, and exciting for our customers. We are seeking an ethical, driven Finance Manager who excels at building trust while consistently exceeding product sales goals. Finance & Insurance Manager works with lenders and financial institutions to provide financial services to dealership customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Securing Loans: Talk to lenders: work with the banks and credit unions to find loan terms and interest rates for the buyer. Run Credit Checks: review the buyer’s credit history and submit applications for approval. Structure the deal: set the final payment plan, down and payment and loan length Selling Extra Products: Offer add-ons: pitch extra items like GAP insurance, prepaid maintenance, and extended service contracts. Boost profit: these extra sales make a large portion of the dealership’s overall profit and directly impact the manager’s pay Paperwork and Rules: Sign contracts: print and sign the final bill of sale, title transfers, and loan documents. Follow laws: make sure the deal complies with lending regulations and consumer privacy laws. Job Requirement:REQUIREMENTS: At least '3' years automotive dealership F&I producer experience required Finance and Insurance Management training preferred Proven experience working directly with banks, credit unions and lenders A valid state insurance license is required Strong understanding of dealership managements systems (CDK), vin solutions and dealer track Practical knowledge of Truth in Lending laws, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and local regulations. Understand how to structure, price, and present products such as GAP insurance, tire-and-wheel protection, and extended service contracts. Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results Team-oriented Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test Valid driver's license with good driving record Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay plan with performance-driven bonus structure.
