Partnering closely with hospital leadership, you'll drive medical excellence, team development, and strategic growth in a collaborative, high-performing environment. You'll join a collaborative team of 10 experienced Emergency Doctors and board-certified specialists across multiple disciplines, supported by daily rounds that promote exceptional patient care and teamwork. Support and mentor a team of 21 veterinarians, including providing case consultation and guidance on complex or critical cases. Collaborate with the hospital manager and leadership team on day-to-day hospital operations. Monitor patient care, medical protocols, and compliance with hospital policies and veterinary standards. Lead or participate in medical rounds, case reviews, and team meetings. Research, address, and aid in resolution of client escalations, to include medical concerns, customer service, and patient care issues as needed. Partner with Hospital Director to identify opportunities to expand or improve medical services based on patient and community needs and contribute to long-term medical and operational strategy. What You Bring DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure. Possesses a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, ideally in an Emergency/Specialty hospital, and a minimum of 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
