Dental Hygienist - Fond Du Lac, WI

Sparta Networking is seeking experienced Dental Hygienists to support one of the leading dental clinics in the area. This practice is recognized for its high clinical standards, strong patient relationships, and professional team environment.

Assignments may be short-term, long-term, or per diem based on operational needs.

We are looking for confident, patient-focused professionals who can step into a clinical setting, manage their schedule independently, and deliver high-quality preventative care.

Minimum Requirements

• Dental Hygienist license
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience
• Current CPR certification

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
• Take and interpret dental radiographs
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Apply sealants and fluoride treatments as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure quality patient outcomes
