What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain resident apartments, common areas, offices, and community spaces
• Ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
• Perform housekeeping and environmental services duties with attention to detail
• Restock supplies and report maintenance concerns as necessary
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to a positive resident experience through exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

$15.50 - $18.00 per hour (final compensation is based on demonstrated skills, experience, and qualifications)
