What you’ll do Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines: lathes, grinders, mills, and more Fabricate high‑precision metallic and non‑metallic components Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics Inspect, rebuild, and repair parts using precision measuring tools Detect and adjust for machining issues in real‑time Work independently and train others in best practices Maintain accurate records using SAP and preventive maintenance tools What we’re looking for 4+ years of experience as a Machinist or equivalent trade school background Strong hands‑on skills in machining, metal fabrication, and CNC operation Working knowledge of G‑Code, metrology tools, and machining theory Ability to read blueprints, follow technical specs, and work with tight tolerances Familiarity with industrial safety practices and GMP standards Bonus points for SAP and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience Benefits Competitive pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and more Ability to earn pay increases and advancement opportunities A supportive and inclusive work culture that prioritizes safety Approved job‑related training and tuition reimbursement Paid holidays and paid time off Dart Container is a drug‑free workplace.
