Product Designer

The Role We're looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of AI-powered marketing. You'll join the team building Polaris IQ, Wpromote's intelligent marketing platform that empowers marketers and clients to make smarter decisions across strategy, media, creative, measurement, and optimization. Working alongside the Director of Product Design and embedded within a cross-functional product squad, you'll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to transform complex AI capabilities into intuitive, elegant experiences. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $111,000 - $132,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above). *This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions **While this role offers the flexibility to work remotely, we have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York, where you can join in on learning and development opportunities, fun events, take advantage of a space to work, and collaborate in person! ***This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship You Will Be Creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma for a seamless user experience Conducting research and testing to understand user needs and validate design concepts Collaborating with product managers to translate requirements into intuitive interfaces Partnering with engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation Supporting the maintenance of a cohesive design system to enable scalability, consistency, and efficiency Simplifying complex AI capabilities and data sets for clarity and usability Engaging in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to elevate quality Staying current with design trends, UX practices, and AI advancements to drive innovation You Must Have 3-5 years of product design experience with a strong user-centric portfolio Proficient in Figma’s design, prototyping, and AI-assisted design features Strong user research skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable designs Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills Passion for simplifying complex systems and attention to detail in design Familiar with agile development processes and adaptable in fast-paced environments Nice to Have Experience designing AI-driven or data-heavy platforms for usability and clarity Background in marketing tech, ad tech, or analytics platforms Knowledge of front-end development and design-to-code translation Familiar with building and maintaining design systems for large-scale apps Wpromote is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives, providing employees with a safe and welcoming environment free of discrimination and harassment.
