HR Specialist

Our client is a growing international organization seeking an HR Specialist to support a small, collaborative office environment. This position will play a key role in supporting day-to-day human resources functions, office operations, and initiatives tied to the company's expanding international presence. Responsibilities Support all core HR functions, including onboarding, employee support, documentation, and HR administration Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership Coordinate office operations and administrative activities to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace Assist with employee engagement and ongoing HR initiatives Partner with local and international stakeholders as needed Help support a growing organization through process improvements and operational support Contribute wherever needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Qualifications 3-5 years of Human Resources experience Bilingual skills strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working in a small office environment and wearing multiple hats Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to assist across functions Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs Why Consider This Opportunity?
