Jr. Quality EngineerJoin our team as a Jr. Quality Engineer! In this role, you will support the Quality Engineering team in maintaining and improving quality standards for materials, in-process production, and finished products. You'll assist with failure analysis, product testing, inspection procedures, and process improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport quality standards for materials, processes, and finished productsAssist with product inspections, testing, and evaluationsParticipate in failure investigations and root cause analysisPerform process and equipment capacity analysisHelp ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirementsSupport continuous improvement and quality assurance initiativesWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing environment experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentScheduleMonday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PMPay: $25.00–$30.00/hour (DOE)
