HR Field Specialist — Training, Recruiting & Relations

HMSHost in Detroit is seeking a Field HR Specialist to manage complex administrative HR processes, support recruiting, deliver training and orientation, and implement corporate and local HR initiatives. This non-exempt position reports to the HR Manager. You will maintain employee records, handle HRMS tasks, and promote positive associate relations within the branch, partnering with operations to ensure compliance with laws and policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr HMSHost
