About the Role: As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Teton Therapy, you will serve as a healthcare provider within our team. Your role will be multifaceted, engaging you in clinical care, patient education, and team collaboration. At Teton Therapy, you will work primarily with adult patients who have orthopedic conditions, including post‑surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, and mobility challenges. Teton Therapy supports specialty niches such as pelvic health, women’s health, pediatric, neuro, and many others based on your interests. Expectations: You can expect to manage a caseload of approximately 50‑60 visits per week, ensuring personalized care and focused treatment for each patient. Qualifications Thrives in building relationships with patients and promoting positive long‑term outcomes. Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and is ready to take on additional responsibilities to help our clinic grow. Skills & Education Education: Associate’s Degree for Physical Therapist Assistant (adapted from the clinic's required equivalent degree). Eligible for Wyoming state certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Full‑time availability preferred, though part‑time and PRN candidates are welcome to apply. New graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities Provide hands‑on care in the clinic, treating approximately 60 visits per week. Develop strong relationships with patients to support their recovery and long‑term health goals.
