Sterile Processing TechScheduleShift: 5x8 Nights — Monday–Friday (no weekends)Assignment DetailsHoliday commitment: Must commit to working 3 of these holidays — Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of sterile processing experience required; preference for 2 years.First-time travelers accepted.Required certifications: CBSPD or CRCST (HSPA/IAHCSMM acceptable).Charting experience required: EPIC or any similar system.ResponsibilitiesAssembly of instruments, sets, and trays; case cart preparation.Operation of washers, sterilizers, and high-level disinfection procedures.Execution of sterilization wrapping procedures and selection of appropriate materials.Utilization of biological and chemical indicators; steam sterilization testing and monitoring; immediate-use steam sterilization (IUSS).Cleaning and maintenance of equipment.Documentation of equipment sterilization and processing.Compliance / NotesAll requested time off must be included at the time of submittal; limit requests for time off to comply with turnaround targets.
