• Patient Demographic: Adults

• Support Staff/Supervision: No supervision. CRNA will work with surgeon. Rad tech/physician and circulator circulator/CRNA/physician & 2 CST's bigger cases
\n
• Case Mix: Primarily pain management/plastics cases
\n
• Avg # of Cases per Day: 1-2 surgeries per day, spine 10-12 injections
\n
• # of OR's: 2
\n
• Credentialing Time-Frame: Couple days
\n
• Active TX License: Required upfront
\n
• Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: All-inclusive
