This program recognizes outstanding U.S. private companies and the achievements of their management teams in four key areas: strategy, ability to execute, corporate culture, and governance/financial performance.Coke Florida is looking for a Supervisor, Building Facilities Engineer that will be based out of our Tampa area offices.What You Will Do:The Supervisor, Building Facilities Engineer, is responsible for reliable operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of building systems across assigned facilities. This role combines hands-on technical expertise and operational leadership, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and safety systems operate effectively and in compliance with regulatory standards.As the Supervisor, you will oversee the facilities engineers who are assigned to designated territories and are accountable for preventative maintenance programs, vendor coordination, safety compliance and day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.Roles and Responsibilities:Oversee the operation, maintenance and repair of all facility systems including, but not limited to:HVAC systems (rooftop units, air handling units and cooling systems)Electrical distribution systemsPlumbing and water systemsLife safety and fire protection systemsHousekeepingLandscapingEnsure maximum uptime, reliability and energy efficiency of building systemsTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating or coordinator external support as neededRespond to emergency service calls and after-hour issues (when applicable) to minimize operational disruptionDevelop, schedule and execute preventative maintenance (PM) programs across all buildingsProvide day-to-day direction, coaching and support to maintenance staffMaintain accurate maintenance logs, service records and asset documentationAssign work orders and prioritize activities to ensure timely completion and operational continuityReview timesheets, manage overtime and conduct monthly performance reviews (1:1s)Support hiring, onboarding and development of facilities teamCoordinate and oversee third-party contractors and service providers, ensuring quality, safety and complianceIdentify and drive cost optimization programsService as a site-level safety leading, ensuring compliance with:OSHA regulationsLocal, state, and deferral codesCoca-Cola Core Operating Requirements (KORE) and company safety standardsEducation and skills required:High School Diploma2+ years of leadership experience, to include hire/hiring, performance management and scheduling5+ years of progressive building operations or facilities engineering experienceDemonstrated experience across:HVAC systems (commercial/industrial)Electrical systemsPlumbing and life safety systemsEPA Certification, preferable UniversalExperience with preventative maintenance programs or work order systemsPrevious experience with:Diagnosing and resolving building systemsPrioritization and ability to manage multiple workstreamsLeading a team and operating independentlyValid driver's license and clean MVR to match Coke Florida standardsProficiency with MS Office Suite and web-based maintenance toolsAdditional skills and education that will strengthen your candidacy:Technical or vocational certification in HVAC, electrical or mechanical systemsExperience working in manufacturing/production or distribution environmentsAdditional certifications such as electrical licensing or building operator certificationExperience developing capital plans and managing facility budgetsThis job description is not an exhaustive list of all functions that the employee may be required to perform, and the employee may be required to perform additional functions.
