As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Embedded C, you will play a critical role in managing technology for complex projects. You will provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring successful delivery of innovative embedded solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers in embedded C programming, enhancing their coding capabilities and increasing productivity in embedded systems development.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews for embedded C projects, overseeing quality assurance processes and performance optimization, while implementing best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex solutions.
• Ensure process compliance in the assigned modules by participating in technical discussions and reviews as a consultant, assessing feasibility studies, evaluating technical alternatives, identifying potential risks, and contributing to architectural best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while preparing and submitting status reports to minimize exposure and facilitate timely resolution of escalations.

Skill Requirements

• Strong proficiency in embedded C programming and related tools.
• In-depth understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and C++.
• Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle and embedded system design principles.
• Solid skills in code review, performance optimization, and quality assurance methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Certification

Optional but valuable certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (CESE), or relevant certifications in RTOS and C++.
