As part of the firm's growth in outsourced accounting and advisory services, they are seeking a CPA to step into a leadership role within this expanding practice.

Position Summary:

This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for a CPA with a background in outsourced accounting, advisory services, or CFO-level consulting . The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge and a client-centric mindset, with a proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and grow the firm's outsourced accounting and client advisory services practice

Manage key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and financial partner

Lead and mentor staff while ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate financial reporting and tax compliance

Design and implement efficient accounting processes and systems for clients

Provide strategic guidance to business owners and executives across various industries

Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated solutions to clients

Qualifications:

Active CPA license (required)

Strong foundation in both accounting and tax

Prior experience with a local CPA firm , outsourced accounting provider , or CFO/advisory services firm strongly preferred

Experience managing client engagements and leading teams

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills

Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
