Human Resource Specialist - Little Rock, AR - Contract - $18-28 Per HR
Join our team in a dynamic environment where you will support human resources functions. This onsite contract position requires expertise in payroll processes and offers the potential for extension. You will work closely with HR management to implement initiatives and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Execute core HR processes including orientation, onboarding, and exit interviews.
- Provide coaching and guidance on policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment and staffing plans with hiring managers.
- Maintain payroll-related activities and systems.
- Administer programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR management preferred.
- Certification in Professional Human Resources preferred.
- Experience with payroll systems required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
