Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapeutic strategies that help them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and everyday activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide thorough and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Offer guidance to patients and caregivers regarding therapy techniques to facilitate progress at home.
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor clinical developments, documenting progress and modifying treatment plans to ensure patient goals are met.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Continuing professional development through advanced certifications is encouraged and supported.

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
