WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

Every day is different, but responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and onboarding security officers
• Communicating with officers by phone, text, and operational platforms
• Managing scheduling and coverage issues
• Supporting dispatch and quality control operations
• Training officers on post orders and software systems
• Monitoring reports, GPS activity, and client updates
• Reviewing incidents and documentation
• Scheduling patrol fleet maintenance
• Maintaining operational standards
• Coordinating field operations
• Helping respond to emergencies and unexpected issues
• Assisting leadership in keeping the operation running smoothly in realtime
• Being the person who says: “Don’t worry. I already handled it.”

You can clearly see that this is not a “sit quietly behind a desk” position.

This is a high-communication, fast-moving operations role that requires strong follow-through, professionalism, and comfort using technology throughout the day.

This role requires someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, communicating clearly, solving problems professionally, and staying organized while managing multiple moving parts.

You should be comfortable learning and using operational systems including:

• Belfry Security Software
• ClickUp
• GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
• iPhone & Android mobile platforms

Because many officers rely on mobile applications in the field, this position also requires the ability to confidently assist and train employees using both iPhone and Android devices for:

• GPS activity tracking,
• incident reporting,
• daily activity reports,
• scheduling,
• communications,
• and operational compliance.

Experience with scheduling systems, dispatch platforms, workforce management software, or security operations technology is strongly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Florida Class D Security License preferred
• Class G License preferred
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to respond to emergencies when needed
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask without losing your mind

 

HOURS & PAY

Port St. Lucie, FL
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
On-call for emergencies/holidays and as needed

$18–$20/hour
($39,780–$44,200 annually)
