Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize operational efficiency
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
• Collaborate with management to develop menus and implement new culinary initiatives
• Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols
• Address guest concerns related to food quality and service promptly and professionally

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a commercial kitchen or restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
• Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
