Position Type: Temporary assignment (VMS)
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week

Position Overview
This outpatient Family Practice opportunity focuses on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. The physician will evaluate patients, diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, maintain accurate medical records, and refer to specialists as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
Maintain complete, accurate medical histories and documentation.
Coordinate care with other clinicians and refer to specialists as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited program.
Active, unrestricted physician license in Florida (or ability to obtain).
Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
TB screening required for this patient facing role.
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided)
Current CV with work history.
Active license information.
Board certification documentation.
TB screening documentation as required.
Florida Background Screening Requirement
Certain Florida assignments require a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse before placement. Learn more at .
