Registered Dietitian OpportunityKing David Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a Registered Dietitian to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. As a Registered Dietitian at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve the quality of life, health, and comfort of residents.Registered Dietitian ResponsibilitiesComplete nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for residentsMonitor and document residents' nutritional status, progress, and care plan updatesCollaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members on dietary interventionsProvide nutrition counseling and education to residents to support healthy eating habitsEnsure compliance with dietary guidelines, safety, infection control, and Kosher regulationsAttend and contribute to interdisciplinary care plan meetingsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in resident medical recordsStay current with industry standards through continuing education and in-service trainingMaintain resident confidentiality and uphold all resident rightsPerform other job-related duties as needed and directedRegistered Dietitian RequirementsBachelor's degree in nutrition from an accredited college or universityRegistered Dietitian (RD) or registry-eligible with the American Dietetic Association (must pass exam within required timeframe)Knowledge of regulatory dietary requirements for skilled nursing facilitiesCOVID-19 vaccinationPreferred:Experience with Kosher dietary practicesWhat We OfferCompetitive pay scaleGenerous employee referral bonusWeekly payrollMedical and dental coverage401kPaid time offCEU-eligible training programsOngoing leadership and professional development trainingDedicated and local leadership supportApply today!
