Our ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience , a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work onmultiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as Project Manager for highway-oriented projects
- Manage and serve as mentor to Highway Design Department staff
- Assist with preparing workload and budget projections
- Perform Business Development activities including attending marketing meetings with various agencies and attending professional society events
- Review Requests for Proposals and perform assessment of project pursuit strategies
- Prepare technical and price proposals
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Assist with Quality Control/Quality Assurance Reviews
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience
- NJ PE License
- Previous experience with NJDOT, NJTPK, and/or NJTPA
- Experience working on County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC is a bonus
- Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader
- Willing to attend marketing events
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience preparing scopes of work and developing fee estimates, managing budgets, and preparing reports
- Manage project deliverables, schedules and budgets
- Preparation of technical and price proposals
Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000
