PARTS SPECIALIST

More information about us can be found below or on our website at About The Position Parts Specialists Parts Specialists function as part of the Parts Team and are responsible for fielding parts calls, researching appropriate parts, inputting the parts orders, and ensuring quality customer service. In This Role, You Will Conduct the sale of parts for various industrial and construction equipment by assisting customers, researching the part(s) needed, and placing orders to satisfy the customer's needs. Process administrative paperwork for invoicing and filling orders. Sourcing parts through outlined company protocols. Provide excellent customer service in answering any questions or concerns. This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard. This position will continuously talk, hear, and read in verbal and written communication. This position will continuously use hands to type. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis.
