Due' Cucina Italiana is looking for a Food Expeditor/Cold Line Cook to join our Redmond team! The restaurant is located at 16595 Redmond Way, suite 100, Redmond, WA 98052 .

In this role, the Expeditor/Cold Line Cook will:
- Demonstrate and uphold our company core values.
- Put orders together with a sense of urgency, making sure all plates are properly garnished.
- Be responsible for ensuring orders are completed to guest satisfaction and restaurant manager’s specifications.
- Keep open communication with the Front of House team to effectively meet the needs of our guests.
- Monitor prepared menu items to determine if quality standards are being obtained.
- Properly break down the station and clean for the next shift, restocking if necessary.
- Assist with basic food preparation, packaging, and labeling items when needed.
- Keep kitchen clean and organized including the walk-in.
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
- Other duties as necessary and assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 1 year of previous kitchen experience.

- Passionate about food.
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s card within 7 days of hire.
- Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and move quickly.
- Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.
- Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Scheduling flexibility.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must speak conversational English.
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish is a plus (although not required).
