As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Tyler Carlson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
I am a fourth generation State Farm agent.
I am a proud graduate of Miami University (Ohio).
Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Polish
