Machine Operator Associate I FIS Global – 1165 Arbor Dr, Romeoville, IL 60446 Hourly Pay: $15.66 - $27.90 Full-time; 12‑hour shift; overtime allowed; fully on‑site. What you will be doing: Operate production machines, inserters, printers, bursters, metering machines and general office equipment. Perform high‑speed, high‑volume production tasks such as embossing, inserting and sorting to process card materials. Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams and other simple malfunctions and unload product from equipment. Maintain productivity on all systems and deliver a quality product while meeting all production deadlines. Identify and resolve clearly defined problems. Complete and maintain operator reports and logs. Reconcile incoming and completed work. Communicate all issues, concerns or questions to the Production Department Management team. Work is generally repetitive and subject to inspection. Other related duties assigned as needed. What you bring: High school diploma or GED. Ability to remain flexible to change in duties, workflow and priorities. Ability to work overtime when necessary. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. Strong communication skills.
