Hospitality Professional

The Hospitality Professional/Host at Neighborly delivers exceptional service, creating a welcoming and warm dining experience for every guest. This role includes assisting guests with kiosk orders, answering menu questions, supporting marketplace purchases, and ensuring the marketplace maintains Neighborly’s standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter the restaurant. Assist guests with menu/kiosk questions and engage with them to understand preferences and needs, offering tailored recommendations and making each guest feel special. Oversee the carry‑out area by distributing online orders, cleaning and organizing shelves, and helping guests with carry‑out pickup. Assist with front‑of‑house tasks including marketplace orders, taking orders at the POS, running food, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness. Maintain cleanliness and stock items in the marketplace. Uphold company safety and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of guests and employees. Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication and people skills with a friendly, guest‑focused demeanor. Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Team‑player mindset. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and organize. Ability to work flexible hours as necessary. Essential Physical Functions Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours a week. Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day. Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Tolerance of potential allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish. Compensation & Benefits Starting at $16.25/hour.
