Receiving Lead – 2nd Shift Full Time Permanent Sacramento PLANT, Sacramento, PA, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1036 Position Title: Receiving Lead Department: Plant & Warehouse Reports to: Receiving Supervisor Safety Sensitive Role: Yes SUMMARY Responsible for working with the Receiving Supervisor to ensure incoming loads are accurately received, accounted for, and entered into Envio ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Instruct drivers on delivery procedures upon their arrival. Fill out daily receiving paperwork. Verify all pertinent information on the BOLs (Bill of Ladings) to ensure load is correctly received and recorded. Sign BOLs for drivers and maintain a paper record of all inbound deliveries. Enter and verify received quantities in Envio in a timely manner to ensure seamless transitions throughout the Envio process. Create, monitor, and close runs. Make sure information is entered correctly for viewing on the handheld units. Correct any errors which may include adding, modifying or voiding data. Troubleshoot issues that arise with Envio. Print pallet tags or box labels as required. Label Canadian product. Conduct daily cycle counts to insure inventory accuracy and scan all products to the correct locations in the inventory system. Responsible to cycle count Bin 3 and 4 in Plant 2, lower level. Be available to work across all shifts as necessary and/or requested by Supervisor Anything else deemed a responsibility from your supervisor Maintain open communication with supervisors and managers in order to achieve the above expectations.
