Product Development Technician

Product Development Technician
Duration: 12+ months Pay Range: $32/h- $35/h on W2 Location: Irvine, CA
Conduct experiments and perform a variety of technical procedures in the development of materials for electronics applications.
Work on special PD development projects as guided by supervisors; strong laboratory and research skills: compliance with all safety regulations, sound lab technique and good record keeping.
Gather and analyze data using Albert digital system and provide fast communications to supervisors.
Quals:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team or on their own and perform assignments with limited supervision.
Is hands-on and enjoys working with machines and tools, and coming up with new ideas.
Previous experience in a laboratory environment is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and well organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong computer skills: MS office.
Self-Starter; collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude.
Project management skills: strong work ethic and ability to meet work deadlines.
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Sciences and Engineering; Polymer Materials.
