Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Location: Winchester, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will have Meditech experience and a strong background in medical-surgical nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care to a diverse population across all ages.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist with patient education and support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of MedSurg nursing experience.
• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• BLS certification required.
